What qualifies as a Vendor?

• Vendors are local makers, artists, collectors, designers, creators + boutiques.

• We accept applications from Vendors with: High quality handmade + craft items, Artists, Local boutiques, Vintage or antique collectibles, specialty Kentucky Proud Vendors.

• We do not accept Vendors with: Direct Sales (Mary Kay, LulaRoe, It Works, Scentsy, etc.) or Wholesale distributors or Franchises.

• We are a juried Market that has a team that votes on select Vendors that apply to each Market.

• Applications will not be taken after the application deadline.

• Vendors will be notified of their acceptance status via email.

• Deposit for 50% of the booth fee MUST be paid within 72 hours of receiving the acceptance email or you will forfeit your spot.

• You are responsible for the collection of your own sales tax.

• All payments made to Lexington Mercantile Co LLC are non-refundable for any reason.

Is there a fee to attend the Market?

• Nope, it's free!

Is it family friendly?

• YES, we welcome and encourage all ages!

Will there be beverages available?

• YES, there is a full-service bar that you can purchase non-alcoholic + alcoholic beverages (must have and ID to show 21+).

Will there be food?

• YES. We will have a local food truck at each market and we will also have some food Vendors.

​

Is there parking?

• YES. There is FREE parking during the Market connected to Manchester Music Hall as well as an open lot across the street from MMH.
